Due to the custom and handmade nature of our press-on nails, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each set is made to order based on your selected sizes, shape, and design preferences. Please ensure your sizing and details are accurate before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
